- 3+ years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience.
- Excellent understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data.
- Expertise with SQL.
- Expertise with Crystal Reports.
- Expertise with Tableau.
- Expertise with relational database concepts.
- Expertise with data modeling.
- Expertise with OLAP technologies.
- Bachelor's degree required (Health Informatics or Finance preferred).
Responsibilities
- Move the analytics function forward by leveraging data science.
- Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics on operational challenges.
- Manage denials and perform AR optimization.
- Conduct cash forecasting.
- Develop, test, and deploy standard reports.
- Create certified datasets.
- Provide clear, actionable information to business leaders.
- Drive accountability among business leadership.
