Requirements
- Minimum 12 months as Manager, Sales Development at Remote.
- Performance ratings of 3+ during tenure.
- Recent performance ratings of at least 4.
- Demonstrable track record of success in inbound and outbound channels.
- Experience in a closing role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring talent.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Director in setting the strategy for the Sales Development organization.
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
- Coach and mentor SDRs and more junior Leaders to achieve pipeline generation goals.
- Develop and implement effective programs to enhance SDR effectiveness and optimize results.
- Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and the Director of Global Sales Development.
- Work with Growth and Revenue Operations teams on Event strategy and campaigns.
- Report on key individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage performance of direct reports and sub-teams.
- Hire, onboard, and develop new SDR and Leadership talent.
- Facilitate and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
