Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months as Manager, Sales Development at Remote.
  • Performance ratings of 3+ during tenure.
  • Recent performance ratings of at least 4.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in inbound and outbound channels.
  • Experience in a closing role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to analyze data to identify trends and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Director in setting the strategy for the Sales Development organization.
  • Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Sales Development team.
  • Coach and mentor SDRs and more junior Leaders to achieve pipeline generation goals.
  • Develop and implement effective programs to enhance SDR effectiveness and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and the Director of Global Sales Development.
  • Work with Growth and Revenue Operations teams on Event strategy and campaigns.
  • Report on key individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage performance of direct reports and sub-teams.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop new SDR and Leadership talent.
  • Facilitate and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
