Requirements

  • Ability to design scalable frameworks for seller enablement and capability development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic ideas into measurable, scalable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage specialist teams, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent delivery across sales enablement and product support activities.
  • Improve demo effectiveness and product storytelling across key solutions including Acrobat, Express, and AI-driven offerings.
  • Design, scale, and optimize repeatable sales plays to improve seller productivity and pipeline performance.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted selling workflows, including automation, pre-call intelligence, and seller copilots.
  • Partner with enablement teams to enhance sales readiness, training, and capability development for advisors.
  • Develop and execute signal-based, persona-driven, and intent-based sales motions to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Support initiatives that enhance advisor autonomy in discovery, demos, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate across ICX, support, and product teams to identify opportunities for innovation and scalable improvements.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and refine sales programs using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
