Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, or Rakuten is a plus.
- Experience or interest in digital marketing or affiliate marketing ecosystems is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams, particularly U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume lead vetting and qualification to assess budget fit, partnership potential, and campaign alignment.
- Support Account Executives by drafting basic RFP responses and preparing sales materials to advance prospects through the pipeline.
- Assist in the setup and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, including tracking links, creative assets, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports to support optimization and decision-making.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in tools such as Salesforce and Asana to ensure pipeline visibility and data integrity.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely coordination and execution of sales and campaign activities.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across sales operations workflows.
