Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data handling, sorting, and basic formulas.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, or Rakuten is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in digital marketing or affiliate marketing ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with international teams, particularly U.S.-based stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and workflows is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume lead vetting and qualification to assess budget fit, partnership potential, and campaign alignment.
  • Support Account Executives by drafting basic RFP responses and preparing sales materials to advance prospects through the pipeline.
  • Assist in the setup and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns, including tracking links, creative assets, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate regular reports to support optimization and decision-making.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in tools such as Salesforce and Asana to ensure pipeline visibility and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely coordination and execution of sales and campaign activities.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across sales operations workflows.
