Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead research.
  • 1+ years of experience with prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lusha).
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Research and fetch complete contact details of leads using tools like Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio.
  • Ensure all contacts in HubSpot are regularly updated, validated, and enriched.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows.
  • Support data hygiene tasks including duplicate checks, segmentation, and list cleaning.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and implement outbound email campaigns.
  • Assist with report generation, dashboards, and CRM insights.
  • Maintain documentation of prospecting processes, workflows, and playbooks.
