Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead research.
- 1+ years of experience with prospecting tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Lusha).
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Familiarity with email outreach tools (e.g., Instantly).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Research and fetch complete contact details of leads using tools like Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio.
- Ensure all contacts in HubSpot are regularly updated, validated, and enriched.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows.
- Support data hygiene tasks including duplicate checks, segmentation, and list cleaning.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to design and implement outbound email campaigns.
- Assist with report generation, dashboards, and CRM insights.
- Maintain documentation of prospecting processes, workflows, and playbooks.
