Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and engage decision-makers through multi-channel outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SalesLoft.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn complex financial and fintech products.
- Interest in fintech, banking, and the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads for financial and banking services targeting licensed cannabis operators.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
- Research prospects and tailor outreach strategies.
- Support cross-sell initiatives by educating prospects on product offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handover.
- Track performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.
