Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and engage decision-makers through multi-channel outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SalesLoft.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn complex financial and fintech products.
  • Interest in fintech, banking, and the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads for financial and banking services targeting licensed cannabis operators.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Research prospects and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Support cross-sell initiatives by educating prospects on product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handover.
  • Track performance metrics to meet or exceed targets.
