Requirements

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or cannabis-related companies preferred.
- Proven ability to prospect and qualify leads via various channels.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate product offerings and value propositions.
- Self-starter with passion for the cannabis industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in banking or financial services for cannabis businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads for banking services in cannabis wholesale and retail.
- Conduct research and outreach for financial products and software.
- Support cross-sell initiatives for cash flow management and operations software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a healthy pipeline.
- Utilize CRM tools to track prospects and generate reports.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social media messaging.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics like lead targets and conversion rates.
