  • Strong understanding of provider workflows and EHR systems
  • Experience with NextGen and PointClickCare EHRs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency with tools like Front, Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, Mixpanel, Looker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to users through email and video calls
  • Manage and resolve feedback and support tickets in Front
  • Educate and empower users through tutorials and personalized guidance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
  • Analyze and synthesize user feedback to surface trends
  • Contribute to process improvements to scale support operations
