- Strong understanding of provider workflows and EHR systems
- Experience with NextGen and PointClickCare EHRs
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proficiency with tools like Front, Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, Mixpanel, Looker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to users through email and video calls
- Manage and resolve feedback and support tickets in Front
- Educate and empower users through tutorials and personalized guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
- Analyze and synthesize user feedback to surface trends
- Contribute to process improvements to scale support operations
