Responsibilities
- Monitor internal communication channels to research and assign to other team members
- Train and enable products within FMS
- Facilitate, assign, and process terminations within the CRM and FMS
- Research, create, and assign incoming ESS TPP leads to appropriate team members
- Evaluate and diagnose performance based on metrics set by leadership
- Track and interpret performance reports
- Problem solve delays to product launch
