Responsibilities

  • Monitor internal communication channels to research and assign to other team members
  • Train and enable products within FMS
  • Facilitate, assign, and process terminations within the CRM and FMS
  • Research, create, and assign incoming ESS TPP leads to appropriate team members
  • Evaluate and diagnose performance based on metrics set by leadership
  • Track and interpret performance reports
  • Problem solve delays to product launch
