Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, or business development.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically HubSpot.
- Confidence in using Apple Keynote for client-facing materials.
- Proficiency with project and coordination tools like Monday.com.
- Practical experience with GenAI tools for drafting and summarizing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up discipline.
- High attention to detail in process-driven environments.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot ensuring data quality and hygiene.
- Coordinate internal follow-ups, meetings, and deal progression steps.
- Prepare and maintain client-facing proposals, decks, and commercial collateral.
- Track inbound leads and support lead-generation partner coordination.
- Provide reliable pipeline reporting and visibility to senior leadership.
- Refine internal sales workflows and commercial process discipline.
