Requirements

  • Confidence in using Apple Keynote for client-facing materials.
  • Proficiency with project and coordination tools like Monday.com.
  • Practical experience with GenAI tools for drafting and summarizing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up discipline.
  • High attention to detail in process-driven environments.
  • Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales pipeline in HubSpot ensuring data quality and hygiene.
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups, meetings, and deal progression steps.
  • Prepare and maintain client-facing proposals, decks, and commercial collateral.
  • Track inbound leads and support lead-generation partner coordination.
  • Provide reliable pipeline reporting and visibility to senior leadership.
  • Refine internal sales workflows and commercial process discipline.
