Requirements
- 3+ years in payments, preferably in operations at a high-volume merchant or commercial role at a PSP/acquirer.
- Hands-on experience operating a Stripe account ($1M+/month processed).
- Working knowledge of at least one PSP or orchestration platform.
- Demonstrated experience opening new merchant accounts in high-risk verticals.
- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation experience.
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Outstanding written communication.
- Strict CRM discipline and pipeline management experience.
- Self-directed work style and ability to work with high autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Own daily payment operations across all PSPs and platforms.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards for platform and processor performance.
- Manage refund operations and policy enforcement.
- Optimize vendor billing and processing costs.
- Maintain a live pipeline of payment partners and source new opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations with prospective processors and tools.
- Drive MID applications and manage underwriting processes.
- Coordinate with Finance, Risk, and Legal teams on payments and contracts.
