- Willingness to travel internationally (40–60%)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable channel strategy across Asia or Europe
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and contract high-performing distributors
- Set revenue targets and manage forecasting, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Drive new customer acquisition through channel partners
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and commercial plans
- Train distributor sales teams on value proposition and competitive differentiation
- Support complex, strategic deals and coordinate product launches
