Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, international business development, or alliances.
  • Deep experience building and scaling partnerships in EMEA and/or APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding a pipeline quota in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships with global SIs, consultancies, cloud partners, or technology vendors.
  • Experience activating cloud co-sell programs (AWS ISV Accelerate, GCP Build, Azure IP Co-Sell).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI/ML, data infrastructure, or cloud technology markets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker capable of high-level planning and operational execution.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in high-growth environments.
  • Based in the UK with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

  • Own a regional pipeline quota for partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across EMEA and APAC.
  • Define and execute Arize’s international partnership strategy.
  • Activate co-sell motions with AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure regional partner teams.
  • Recruit and onboard regional systems integrators, consultancies, value-added resellers, and technology partners.
  • Build executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
  • Develop regional joint go-to-market programs including co-sell and co-marketing.
  • Establish and manage partner enablement programs in-region.
  • Track and report on regional partner pipeline and partnership health.
  • Navigate complex regulatory, cultural, and market dynamics across EMEA and APAC.
  • Serve as the internal voice of EMEA and APAC markets.
