Requirements
- Deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its main hubs.
- Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics, inbound marketing, and B2B sales processes.
- Experience in process documentation and customer journey mapping.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Systemic thinking oriented toward efficiency, scalability, and growth.
- Experience with automation tools and integrations.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Advanced administration of HubSpot including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Design and automate workflows, lead scoring, and automated lead assignment.
- CRM management including definition of properties, pipelines, stages, and data hygiene.
- Coordinate alignment between marketing, sales, and service teams.
- Build dashboards and track metrics like funnel conversion, CAC, LTV, and revenue.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
- Provide training and best practices for CRM usage to internal teams.
