Requirements

  • Deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its main hubs.
  • Solid knowledge of SaaS metrics, inbound marketing, and B2B sales processes.
  • Experience in process documentation and customer journey mapping.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Systemic thinking oriented toward efficiency, scalability, and growth.
  • Experience with automation tools and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced administration of HubSpot including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Design and automate workflows, lead scoring, and automated lead assignment.
  • CRM management including definition of properties, pipelines, stages, and data hygiene.
  • Coordinate alignment between marketing, sales, and service teams.
  • Build dashboards and track metrics like funnel conversion, CAC, LTV, and revenue.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
  • Provide training and best practices for CRM usage to internal teams.
