Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Active CPA license
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Experience leading a financial close process
- Experience in overseeing G/L functions
- Skilled in financial reporting and analysis
- Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax and payroll processing functions
- Complete day-to-day treasury functions
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to implement processes for accurate invoicing
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and other financial reporting schedules
- Coordinate with subsidiary accounting personnel and third-party tax service providers
- Support budgeting and forecasting through collaboration with FP&A
