Engineering at PolyAI

You will help craft voice-first omnichannel AI solutions across voice, chat, and SMS. Our platform uses natural language processing and machine learning to understand complex interactions. We solve the challenge of maintaining human-like conversations and seamlessly integrating with existing CRM and contact center infrastructure. You will work with a modern SaaS finance stack that leverages tools like Campfire, Rippling, Brex, Tipalti, and Anrok. We actively seek engineers who can identify and implement AI tools to improve finance workflows, using AI for tasks like reconciliations and variance analysis. Expect to experiment with AI to accelerate processes and champion tooling decisions that make a clear impact.
