Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly renewal rate targets and CSAT targets.
- Conduct detailed investigations into end-to-end customer interactions to drive resolution.
- Achieve monthly cash collection targets via renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
- Manage and track pipeline in a data-driven manner.
- Prioritize ticket resolution to drive monthly targets.
- Collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
