Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly renewal rate targets and CSAT targets.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into end-to-end customer interactions to drive resolution.
  • Achieve monthly cash collection targets via renewals, upsells, and upgrades.
  • Manage and track pipeline in a data-driven manner.
  • Prioritize ticket resolution to drive monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with accounting, corpsec, product, and data teams to improve renewal processes.
