Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in data entry, data operations, content support, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve data/content issues effectively
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Google Suite, Notion, or similar platforms
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks under deadlines
- Curiosity and willingness to learn technical systems and workflows
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in late shifts aligned with global (U.S.) support hours
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and identify new content sources for onboarding into the platform
- Configure and maintain web scraping and content ingestion workflows
- Monitor content processing, validate outputs, and ensure ingestion quality
- Troubleshoot content issues and support escalation processes with technical teams and vendors
- Maintain documentation of onboarding processes, workflows, and quality standards
- Support content reporting, tracking, and operational monitoring activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and vendor teams
