Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership
  • Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting
  • Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement
  • Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution
  • Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy
