Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting
- Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement
- Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution
- Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy
