Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or similar role
- Familiarity with systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with operational processes, documentation, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day recruiting operations activities across various workflows
- Help manage and maintain operational processes tied to requisition audit and approvals, job postings, interview coordination, and offers
- Update and maintain data within Workday, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Ashby
- Perform routine system audits, reporting, and data quality checks
- Respond to and help resolve tickets related to ATS questions, issues, and workflow requests
- Provide flexible operational support based on business need
