Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of small initiatives while contributing to larger initiatives with moderate to high level of direction from leadership
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 inquiries, handling system and process issues that require detailed investigation and troubleshooting
- Assist in improving, administering, and testing updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack under guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams on defined tasks.
- Help with TA onboarding, offboarding, training, University Recruiting initiatives and enablement for talent systems to ensure smooth transitions.
- Support ongoing programmatic efforts through coordination, reporting, and execution of assigned tasks.
- Create and reconcile reports from multiple data sources to provide valuable insights for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and promote system accuracy.
