Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Insurance, or equivalent.
- 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in product management or strategy.
- Senior leadership experience with ownership of product strategy and portfolio direction.
- Demonstrated insurance experience, preferably in P&C, insurtech, or data-enabled products.
- Proven product leadership in vision, strategy, and cross-functional execution.
- Strong technology and innovation experience with technical trade-off understanding.
- Demonstrated business strategy and influence experience at senior levels.
- Bridge-building track record with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of the product portfolio.
- Partner with executive and cross-functional leaders to translate company priorities into product initiatives.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including customer discovery, prioritization, and launch readiness.
- Establish and improve the product operating model, governance, and portfolio performance measurement.
- Identify growth and innovation opportunities using market intelligence, data, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with Technology, Data, Operations, Actuarial, and Underwriting leaders.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product organization.
- Communicate strategy, risks, and performance to senior leadership.
- Define and track product success measures.
- Make clear portfolio tradeoffs to drive business impact.
