Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Group Benefits, insurance, or adjacent regulated industries.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-year Agile delivery efforts (SAFe preferred).
- Deep understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and event streaming.
- Strong experience working with Product Managers and value streams.
- Demonstrated experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Experience building multi-year transformation strategies.
- High technical fluency in platforms, automation, and data.
- Exceptional ability to simplify complexity and influence senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern Group Benefits value streams and product operating models.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
- Align with Enterprise IT to coordinate capacity and initiative delivery.
- Translate business line strategy into executable operating roadmaps.
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and operational resilience standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through partnership with shared services.
- Champion agile, product-led delivery of capabilities.
- Govern readiness for new products, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
