Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 12-18 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology and RCM
- 8+ years in product management or product leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling RCM software products
- Deep understanding of mid-cycle and backend processes
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with EMR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Athena)
- Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST)
- Demonstrated success driving product innovation using AI, ML, and automation
- Deep understanding of RCM performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the mid-cycle and backend RCM portfolio
- Lead the roadmap for coding, billing, payment posting, AR & denials, and analytics
- Partner closely with engineering and data teams in India to drive delivery excellence
- Develop and manage a team of high-performing product managers and analysts
- Translate customer and market needs into actionable requirements
- Drive initiatives that leverage AI, workflow automation, and advanced analytics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, sales, and implementation
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive differentiation
