Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare administration, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
- Experience in molecular or precision diagnostics preferred.
- 6+ years leadership experience building and leading teams.
- 4+ years of P&L responsibility.
- Expertise in payer contracting, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare finance.
- Experience scaling revenue cycle operations for growing organizations.
- Experience utilizing AI and automation to optimize systems.
- Deep understanding of compliance, including CMS, HIPAA, and Stark Law.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Establish and oversee processes for coding, claims, reimbursement, and accounts receivable.
- Oversee intake services including benefit verification, financial counseling, and prior authorization.
- Maintain payer relationships and ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve revenue cycle performance.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial Operations for workflow integration.
- Define and analyze revenue cycle KPIs and present strategic insights.
- Oversee annual budget and resource allocation.
