Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical product management.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflow automation.
- Strong background in software engineering, process design, data engineering, or technical architecture.
- Demonstrated experience building enterprise AI products supported by large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of unstructured data processing, claims systems, medical billing workflows, or financial transaction environments.
- Experience delivering measurable operational improvements and ROI through AI innovation.
- Familiarity with regulated industries such as Property & Casualty insurance, healthcare, or fintech.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC2.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year AI and Generative AI product strategy focused on transforming payment integrity, adjudication workflows, fraud detection, and cost containment operations.
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), machine learning, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
- Partner with AI, engineering, and data science teams to establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and scalable deployment strategies for AI technologies in regulated environments.
- Oversee the development and optimization of large-scale data pipelines capable of processing structured and unstructured claims, billing, and medical data.
- Drive the transition of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept stages into reliable, production-ready enterprise solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, auditability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to align AI innovation initiatives with strategic goals and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify emerging technologies and market trends that can strengthen operational performance, enhance payment accuracy, and maintain a competitive industry position.
- Ensure AI products and data systems align with privacy, compliance, security, and regulatory standards relevant to highly regulated industries.
- Communicate complex technical strategies and innovation roadmaps effectively to executive leadership, clients, and non-technical stakeholders.
