Requirements
- Significant experience leading product teams and shipping software at scale.
- Proven track record of shipping AI products in production environments.
- Deeply hands-on expertise with modern AI-native workflows and tools (Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Replit).
- Experience in operationally complex environments such as logistics, marketplaces, mobility, or fulfillment.
- Strong product judgment and ability to write clearly and make quick, decisive choices.
- Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams.
- Experience building products for operational users like dispatchers or support teams.
- Early product or leadership hire experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the next generation of AI products at Burq.
- Build products grounded in real operational complexity for dispatchers, drivers, and support teams.
- Push the team’s AI product capabilities and prototyping-to-production pipeline forward.
- Lead and grow the product organization by hiring and mentoring PMs and designers.
- Run high-leverage bets directly while managing a team of 5+ reports.
- Collaborate with founders, engineering, design, and operations teams to drive product direction.
