Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical/systems role.
- Proficiency with AI tools and their application in professional workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level preferred).
- Experience with LeanData and Outreach.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and data storytelling.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills for translating operational complexity.
- Self-starter capability to identify problems and drive solutions independently.
- B2B SaaS or fintech experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Automate and streamline workflows using AI and process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end lead routing strategy and configuration.
- Administer and optimize core sales tools including Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo.
- Maintain data integrity through deduplication, standardization, and enrichment.
- Support territory planning, quota tracking, and forecasting cycles.
- Collaborate on GTM tech stack architecture and QA requirements.
- Define pipeline analytics and dashboards for Sales leadership.
- Document processes and support enablement/training efforts.
