Requirements
- Experience running an IT or corporate technology function at a high-growth startup.
- Deep expertise in Google Workspace and Slack administration.
- Strong understanding of security implications for IT tools.
- Experience with SaaS rationalization and stack optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategy and execute technical work.
- Strong service delivery mindset with a focus on SLOs.
- Proven track record of building and managing IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Own IT help desk end-to-end including equipment provisioning and break-fix.
- Manage and mature the productivity stack including Google Workspace and Slack.
- Ship an IT strategy and capability roadmap within the first 90 days.
- Assess the team through coaching and process improvement.
- Rationalize the SaaS stack to reduce complexity and spend.
- Stand up a service delivery model with defined SLOs.
- Expand the use of AI and automation for service deflection.
- Serve as the cross-functional partner for Engineering, GTM, and G&A teams.
