Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume, multi-department requisitions
  • Strong proficiency in diverse sourcing techniques and candidate engagement
  • Technical fluency in Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Skilled at managing hiring manager relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ability to operate independently

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting pipelines across multiple 14TH portfolio entities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
  • Manage interview processes, including scheduling and communications
  • Partner with the Senior People Ops Manager to lead the recruitment analytics strategy
  • Ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS (Greenhouse)
