- Oversee the full contract lifecycle from generation and negotiation to execution, storage, and retrieval.
- Manage the LinkSquares contract management system, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and process optimization.
- Support internal leadership with guidance on government and professional services contracts and compliance.
- Oversee corporate privacy initiatives, risk assessments, and consumer rights request processing.
- Manage corporate insurance portfolio including renewals and claims.
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance the efficiency of the legal operations function.
