- Own recruiting pipelines across multiple 14TH portfolio entities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer stage
- Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and targeted outreach
- Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
- Manage interview processes, including scheduling and communications
- Partner with the Senior People Ops Manager to lead the recruitment analytics strategy
- Ensure a thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS (Greenhouse)
