Requirements

- Experience in aesthetics, medspa, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of patient behavior and clinic economics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management within small businesses.
- Ability to quickly learn, configure, and teach new platforms like CRM and scheduling software.
- Professionalism and credibility in high-stakes patient care environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 70%.
- Flexible and adaptable with scheduling to align with clinic operating hours.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage commercial programs within partner clinics to accelerate patient acquisition.
- Act as a fractional CEO for assigned clinics to elevate commercial performance.
- Build trust-based relationships with surgeons and clinic staff.
- Deliver hands-on training on patient pre-qualification and lead conversion strategies.
- Use clinic data and KPIs to diagnose business challenges and implement growth strategies.
- Serve as a field feedback channel to product and development teams.
- Lead structured change management initiatives to ensure revenue growth outcomes.
- Own implementation end-to-end including on-site presence.
