Requirements
- 5 years of Verint WEM implementation experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a Professional Services or application consultant role for Verint DPA.
- At least 3 years of experience building Application triggers.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, Networking, CRM, WFM, PBX, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and call center practices.
- Current cloud certifications for Verint DPA (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to travel up to 70%, including international travel.
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative delivery, implementation, and deployment of Five9 and Verint WEM solutions.
- Serve as the designated owner for Five9’s DPA services and maintain service offerings.
- Communicate project plans, status, and updates to internal staff and customer stakeholders.
- Implement and troubleshoot Verint WEM solutions in various customer environments.
- Train customers on all aspects of Verint DPA and Interactions.
- Work with Implementation and Support Teams to design and execute implementation plans.
- Manage project risk and provide contingency plans.
- Articulate the value of Five9’s Professional Services to customers.
