Requirements
- Four to six years of experience in product management or growth.
- Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis, funnel queries).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses.
- Ability to build dashboards and perform recurring queries.
- Proven experience running experiments and A/B testing.
- Experience writing detailed product specifications.
- Familiarity with messaging, social, or consumer products.
- Understanding of subscription or freemium business models.
- Familiarity with statistical methods for experiment analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own the product process for growth including specs, user stories, and success criteria.
- Run experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to launch and results analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards for activation, retention, conversion, and engagement.
- Investigate and act on metric shifts.
- Collaborate with engineering and support to validate product problems and outcomes.
- Maintain product documentation including release notes and internal reference docs.
