Requirements
- Proven experience shipping complex B2B workflow products.
- Expertise in growth loops including activation, retention, and expansion strategies.
- Data-fluent with ability to perform own data analysis and form independent views.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations and partner ecosystem dynamics.
- Practical judgment regarding AI implementation and associated risks.
- Strong communication and customer-focused product mindset.
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC).
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end law firm user journey from onboarding through repeat usage.
- Manage enterprise integrations (e.g., Filevine, Clio, Litify, MyCase).
- Develop locate services and address intelligence features.
- Implement AI solutions within legal workflows while maintaining accuracy and legal guardrails.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
- Analyze data to identify product growth opportunities and funnel leaks.
