Requirements
- Experience shipping complex B2B workflow products.
- Strong understanding of growth loops: activation, retention, expansion, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
- Data fluency: ability to pull own numbers and challenge dashboards.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, including partner dynamics and sales motion.
- Grounded AI judgment regarding leverage, risk, and utility.
- Ability to move quickly and prioritize customer feedback over documentation.
- Experience working in a growth-stage environment (Series B/C) preferred.
- Background in legal tech, marketplace, or vertical SaaS is a bonus.
- Familiarity with AI eval workflows (accuracy, latency, cost, drift, model selection) is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own the path from first onboarding through job creation, status confidence, exception handling, and repeat usage.
- Manage enterprise integrations with platforms like Filevine, Clio, Litify, and MyCase.
- Oversee the Locate Services and address intelligence product tier to cut wasted attempts.
- Identify and implement practical AI applications within the serve lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to drive adoption and retention.
- Analyze data to pull apart the funnel, form points of view, and run growth experiments.
- Maintain high trust standards to ensure affidavits hold up in court.
