Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, digital health, health tech, or consumer-facing platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product execution in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Clear, confident communicator who can influence stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Agile product development practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies across the medical user journey that align with mission, growth goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional product development from discovery through launch, balancing speed, quality, and compliance.
- Own and optimize key growth levers across the product funnel, including conversion, retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Use quantitative data, user insights, and clinical or operational feedback to prioritize features and improvements.
- Partner closely with medical, operations, and external MSO and pharmacy stakeholders to ensure safe and scalable care delivery.
- Define, track, and communicate product KPIs focusing on patient experience and business performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to inform product roadmaps, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Advocate for user-centered design while maintaining understanding of operational and clinical constraints.
