- Technical understanding to collaborate with engineering, data science, and AI teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and metrics for core platform serving healthcare verticals.
- Deliver platform-level improvements supporting vertical-specific workflows.
- Improve optimization, customer, and driver experiences.
- Solve complex operational workflows including routing and scheduling.
- Lead improvements in shipment visibility and exception handling.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, and data science teams.
- Partner with sales and operations to drive measurable customer outcomes.
- Design systems and components for scalability and future integrations.
