Requirements

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations-heavy software.
- Deep customer empathy and ability to uncover real problems.
- Proven experience in defining product goals.
- Demonstrated experience leading product initiatives across functional groups.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Technical understanding sufficient to collaborate with engineering and AI teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and metrics for the core platform serving Healthcare verticals.
- Deliver platform-level improvements to support vertical specific workflows.
- Solve for complex operational workflows including routing logic and scheduling constraints.
- Lead improvements in shipment visibility and proactive exception handling.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, AI, and data science teams.
- Partner with sales, account management, and operations to drive customer outcomes.
- Design extensible systems and components for reuse across healthcare segments.
- Lay the foundation for integrations with hospital systems, labs, and third-party tools.
