Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries and qualifying prospects
- Create interest around WordPress hosting solutions via discovery calls, emails, and chats
- Schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Educate prospects about Pressable features and benefits
- Track interactions and manage lead data in CRM
- Collaborate with senior sales team for lead handoffs
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, call preparation, and follow-up drafting
- Capture insights from AI tools to identify customer needs and objections
- Meet monthly qualified meeting and pipeline generation targets
