Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads by responding to inquiries and qualifying prospects
- Engage prospects through initial discovery calls, emails, and chats
- Schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Educate prospects about features and benefits
- Track interactions and update lead data in CRM
- Collaborate with senior sales team for lead handoffs
- Use AI tools for research, call preparation, and deal summarization
- Capture insights from call transcripts to inform sales strategy
- Own monthly qualified meeting and pipeline generation targets
