Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Partner Manager, Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager in SaaS.
- Expertise in managing a high-volume portfolio of partners.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and growth goals.
- Experience working with Global System Integrator/System Integrator organizations.
- Demonstrated experience communicating and negotiating with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills for presenting and writing.
- Dynamic presentation skills for individual and group settings.
- Familiarity with WordPress ecosystem and Automattic brands.
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Automattic products through partner channels with digital agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a book of Premier partners.
- Develop and execute on high-impact strategies for partner retention, net revenue retention, and partner growth.
- Become the agency’s trusted advisor to help them build strong WordPress VIP business practices.
- Provide training and support to partners to enhance their understanding of products and services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales/CS, Happiness, Product, and Executive Leadership.
- Attend and support flagship WordCamps and participate in partner events.
- Gather feedback from partners to improve products, services, and the overall partnership experience.
