Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical, Nuclear or similar).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology or engineering role.
- 3 years of experience with BWR or PWR reactors.
- 3 years of experience Leading or Managing an Engineering Team.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestic and international sites (10-20%).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and managerial leadership for a diverse team.
- Lead 3D Designers to ensure nuclear building models and assemblies meet procedures.
- Establish and maintain standards and procedures for generation of models and associated drawings.
- Collaborate with configuration management for data and CAD software control.
- Coach, hire, and ensure development of team's technical and leadership talent.
- Interface with external partners, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Plan and manage delivery of technical activities in support of engineering deliverables.
- Support commercial and marketing opportunities for new business.
