Requirements

  • Proven track record recruiting in US and/or EU markets
  • Confident working directly with founders and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple searches without losing depth or quality
  • Think in terms of business impact, not just recruitment mechanics
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
  • Strong English (Upper-Intermediate or higher, written and spoken)
  • Ability to overlap 2–4 hours with US time zones
  • Work in an AI-native way (use AI tools for research, market mapping, analysis)

Responsibilities

  • Lead client kickoffs and clarify hiring goals, success criteria, and constraints
  • Design hiring strategies, timelines, and scorecards
  • Run weekly syncs with founders and hiring managers
  • Own offer strategy, negotiation, and closing
  • Work on 3–4 active roles at a time, prioritizing quality over volume
  • Conduct deep, structured interviews focused on skills, mindset, and A-Player traits
  • Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
