Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales roles in a technology environment.
- Proven track record of building and managing value-added partner ecosystems in North America.
- Strong ability to drive indirect revenue and consistently exceed sales quotas.
- Experience in hybrid sales models combining direct and indirect channel strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive influence skills.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into tactical execution.
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and business development skills.
- Ability to identify, recruit, and grow high-performing partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute regional partner strategy to drive pipeline generation and indirect revenue growth.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Develop joint business plans and co-selling strategies with partners to accelerate sales performance.
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive demand and revenue.
- Enable partners through training, coaching, and ongoing support to strengthen product understanding and positioning.
- Align closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
- Present solutions at partner events and represent the organization within the partner ecosystem.
- Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution to ensure target achievement.
- Foster a collaborative, metrics-driven partner environment focused on long-term growth.
