Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales roles in a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing value-added partner ecosystems in North America.
  • Strong ability to drive indirect revenue and consistently exceed sales quotas.
  • Experience in hybrid sales models combining direct and indirect channel strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive influence skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate plans into tactical execution.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and business development skills.
  • Ability to identify, recruit, and grow high-performing partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute regional partner strategy to drive pipeline generation and indirect revenue growth.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners across the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Develop joint business plans and co-selling strategies with partners to accelerate sales performance.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that drive demand and revenue.
  • Enable partners through training, coaching, and ongoing support to strengthen product understanding and positioning.
  • Align closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
  • Present solutions at partner events and represent the organization within the partner ecosystem.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue contribution to ensure target achievement.
  • Foster a collaborative, metrics-driven partner environment focused on long-term growth.
