Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, or Partner Success.
- 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Medicare or related healthcare industry experience.
- Proven ability to grow multiple Partner accounts.
- Excellent analysis and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for Spark’s mission and vision to minimize churn.
- Build and maintain relationships with Partners’ leadership and operations teams.
- Lead all phases of the Partner life cycle including onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
- Implement onboarding strategies and processes based on agency dynamics.
- Address and resolve commercial or product issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
- Provide Voice of Customer insights to internal teams.
- Negotiate adjustments to partnership agreements.
- Adapt to internal workflow and process changes.
