Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management, or Partner Success.
  • 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Medicare or related healthcare industry experience.
  • Proven ability to grow multiple Partner accounts.
  • Excellent analysis and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for Spark’s mission and vision to minimize churn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Partners’ leadership and operations teams.
  • Lead all phases of the Partner life cycle including onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
  • Implement onboarding strategies and processes based on agency dynamics.
  • Address and resolve commercial or product issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide Voice of Customer insights to internal teams.
  • Negotiate adjustments to partnership agreements.
  • Adapt to internal workflow and process changes.
