Requirements
- Four-year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience in Food Retail, HVAC/R OEMs, HVAC/R Distribution, Aftermarket, or Industrial Refrigeration.
- Sales or sales-support experience.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce strongly preferred).
- Commercially focused mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities across the region.
- Manage pipeline and opportunity progression through CRM tools while developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Implement structured follow-up actions to ensure successful delivery of account plan objectives.
- Maintain deep expertise in Danfoss markets and applications to deliver accurate quotations.
- Conduct value-based commercial negotiations to secure profitable business opportunities.
- Engage end users to uncover future expansions and emerging project needs.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to strengthen satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Deliver technical training to installers, OEMs, and decision-makers.
