Requirements
- Four year college degree with technical major preferred or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of industry-related experience in Food Retail, HVAC/R OEMs, HVAC/R Distribution, Aftermarket, or Industrial Refrigeration.
- Sales or sales-support role experience.
- Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Manage pipeline and opportunity progression through CRM tools.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Conduct value-based commercial negotiations.
- Engage end users to uncover future expansion needs.
- Resolve customer issues to strengthen retention.
- Deliver technical training to installers and OEMs.
