Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.
- 4 years of experience managing senior individual contributors or people managers.
- Direct experience in fiscal sponsorship, intermediary organizations, or nonprofit services.
- Proven track record leading service delivery teams to measurable outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L or service line accountability.
- Experience leading in matrixed or cross-functional team structures.
- Senior advisory experience with nonprofit or philanthropic leaders.
- Experience contributing to market or business development.
- Experience leading through organizational change.
- Alignment with social justice and JEDI values.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise, coach, and develop five Senior Advisors.
- Hold accountability for partner retention, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex partner issues.
- Liaise between advisory, finance, and people teams to meet service standards.
- Resolve friction points in the matrixed operating model.
- Develop and evolve sustainable pricing, products, and fee models.
- Monitor portfolio and pod-level financial indicators.
- Collaborate with Business Development to grow the fiscal sponsorship market.
