Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or complex client services environments with deep understanding of the litigation lifecycle and EDRM framework.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing client services, operations, or cross-functional delivery teams at scale.
- Strong expertise in managing enterprise client relationships and translating client needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Experience with Relativity and related eDiscovery platforms; Relativity Certified Administrator preferred.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent, high-value engagements with strong financial and operational accountability.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including attorneys and government or corporate clients.
- Deep understanding of structured delivery methodologies such as RACI and project scheduling frameworks.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and team development capabilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise client services strategy by ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and high-quality engagement across all client accounts.
- Oversee Associate Directors to ensure consistent client communication, issue resolution, and alignment of delivery with expectations and contractual obligations.
- Develop and enforce client governance frameworks, including QBRs, reporting standards, and structured client playbooks.
- Drive operational excellence across project management, operations, and cyber teams, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and quality across all workflows.
- Lead execution of complex, high-risk, and high-volume matters, including resourcing strategy, workflow design, escalation management, and delivery oversight.
- Partner with Sales and Advisory teams on solution design, pricing, RFPs, and account expansion strategies.
- Own financial performance across the portfolio, including revenue, margin, forecasting, utilization, and overall profitability.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, including automation, analytics, and AI-enabled delivery enhancements.
- Mentor and develop senior leaders, strengthening delegation, accountability, and leadership capability across teams.
